HT Family Physicians - A Whole-Person Approach to Healthcare

We are dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care to patients throughout the whole spectrum of life, including newborns, children, adolescence, adults, and seniors. Our physicians are highly trained and board-certified, capable and skilled in the early detection and treatment of disease, as well as the maintenance of good health through preventive care.

Dr. Raissa M. Hill, D.O.

Dr. Hill has practiced Family Medicine since 2000, when after completing her residency she founded what is now HT Family Physicians. Born in the Bronx, New York, and raised in Stockton, California, Dr. Hill obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology, with Minors in Economics and Visual Arts, from UC San Diego. After a short stent as a Molecular Biologist with the Veteran’s Administration, she attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. Afterwards she returned home to Stockton to enroll in the UC Davis Family Practice Residency Program at San Joaquin General Hospital, where she was Chief Resident. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine, fluent in Spanish, and is an active teacher in Family Medicine. Dr. Hill is a Past-President of the San Joaquin Medical Society, an Editorial Advisory Board Member for Therapeutic Research Center’s publication Presciber’s Letter, and a 2012 “Alumni of the Year,” from the UC Davis Dept. of Family & Community Medicine for her contributions to Family Medicine. Dr. Hill is married with two children, with whom she loves to travel, and is an avid cook and “Jazzercizer.”

Dr. Tso joined HT Family Physicians in 2004 after practicing in Eureka, California since 2000. Born in New York, Dr. Tso grew up in Fremont, California. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a Minor in Chemistry, from San Jose State University. She worked for a short time as a Biologist for a Silicon Valley biotech company, before heading to medical school at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, in Pomona, California. Dr. Tso completed her Family Medicine residency training in Stockton, California as part of the UC Davis Family Practice Residency Program at San Joaquin General Hospital, where she was Chief Resident. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Dr. Tso is married with two children, whom she loves to spend time with, especially outdoors. She enjoys running, the Stairmaster, and all things Hollywood. Dr. Tso emphasizes Preventive Care, and enjoys motivating healthy lifestyle changes with her patients.

Dr. Clyde Y. Wong, MD

Dr. Wong grew up in the central valley of California. He attended the University of the Pacific where he graduated at the top of his class. He subsequently attended Stanford University, School Medicine where he earned his medical degree. Dr. Wong did his residency at Harbor-UCLA in Family Medicine where he was the Resident Scholar. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and practices the full spectrum of Family Medicine with an emphasis on Preventive Medicine, Adolescent Medicine and Gynecology (Women’s Health). Dr. Wong’s goal is to provide high quality medicine in a compassionate manner. He believes regular health screening and checkups and collaboration between doctor and patient are the key to good health. Dr. Wong belongs to the Christian Medical Dental Association, Stanford Medical Alumni Association, San Joaquin Medical Society, California Medical Association, American Medical Association, California Academy of Family Physicians and American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Wong is married and has two children. He enjoys playing basketball, fishing, gardening and spending time with his family. He speaks Chinese/Cantonese also.

Dr. Richelle G. Marasigan

Dr. Marasigan was born and raised in Stockton, California.  She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.  While at Emory, she played four year on the women’s tennis team, leading the team to earn three Division III NCAA National Championships.  Dr. Marasigan attended medical school at Touro University of Nevada, College of Osteopathic Medicine.  She returned to California to complete her residency at the UC Irvine Family Medicine Program, where she was Chief Resident.  Dr Marasigan continues to enjoy playing tennis, jazzercise, and traveling.

Dr. Dylia Pereira-Narvaez, M.D.

Dr. Pereira Narvaez was born and raised in South Africa. After completing Medical School at the internationally noted University of the Witwatersrand in 1992, she practiced medicine for a few years in South Africa, England and Canada. She moved to the USA after meeting her husband, then an active duty Ophthalmologist with the US Air force. She then pursued residency training in Family Practice at the UC Davis Residency Program at San Joaquin General Hospital where she was Chief Resident, completing in 2002.

After practicing in Southern California for the past 10 years, her family has relocated back to the Central Valley after her husband joined Delta Eye and she has joined HT Family Physicians. Together with their three children they enjoy hiking, camping in the great outdoors and travelling. Dr. Pereira has a special interest in preventive medicine, and derives much satisfaction from seeing patients adopt healthy lifestyle habits. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine and fluent in Spanish.
