Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we welcome new patients. You can call us to schedule your New Patient appointment.

What insurances do you accept?

We accept most major insurance plans. You can check with your insurance company or give us a call regarding your plan.

What if I don’t have insurance?

We do not accept new patients without insurance.

How do I get my medical records transferred?

Simple. All you need to do is to fill out a records release form, which you can find under “Forms” on this website. We can take it from there.

Do you make referrals to other specialists?

Yes. We can assist you with referrals to other medical specialists and service providers. We have a referrals desk to help coordinate the process. The healthcare and insurance plan systems can be complex and challenging to interact with, and we strive to assist you any way we can.

Do you give vaccinations?

Yes. We carry routine recommended vaccines for newborns, children, adolescents and adults, and we can guide you regarding less commonly given vaccines as required.
